RECRUITMENT:

Current Vacancies:
Office/Administration assistant: January 2012:
Role:
To assist the Business Development Manager and the admin team in general admin duties in the office.
Duties to include:
Data Input, (Commissions/ input of missing data and figures etc).
Providing general assistance in any tasks required.
Chasing outstanding requests / work etc from product providers/clients.
Scanning
Shredding
Filing
Occasional reception duties.
Any other duties as required.
PAY AND CONDITIONS:
Permanent full time*
9 – 5 Monday to Friday (1 hour Lunch)
20 days Holiday (plus statutory Bank Holidays)
Salary: Meets the Minimum Wage
*3 month Probationary period.
Experience/qualifications.
No work or Office experience required.
Full training will be given, however...
Must be IT literate
Organised
Numerate
Willing to learn from the start at basic entry level.
